NIYA Management is a mother agency based in Salt Lake City, Utah, focused on scouting, developing, and placing models with top agencies around the world. We work closely with our talent from the beginning, building their careers locally and internationally. Our models have been placed in major markets including New York, Los Angeles, Milan, Paris, and London, and have worked with leading fashion and commercial brands globally. We currently represent a female model ranked in the Top 50 in the world and have previously developed a Top 50 male model. While our primary focus is on global placement, we also maintain a strong presence locally, booking talent for leading brands, campaigns, and productions throughout Utah.
NIYA was founded in 2012 by Niya Boyakin. A former international model, Niya built the agency with a clear vision: to create something more personal, more hands-on, and more focused on long-term careers. Since then, NIYA has earned recognition including Best of State and Niya being named one of Utah Business Magazine’s 40 Women to Watch.
Rhett Boyakin is a partner at NIYA Management and works alongside Niya on scouting, placements, bookings, and day-to-day operations. He brings over 20 years of experience in advertising, having worked as a creative director and writer on national campaigns, television spots, and digital work for major brands and companies.
